Four delivery examples

Websites, portals and focused AI.

Each example connects a real working problem to a clear build and a measurable delivery result.

Agency website and lead system

A clear, mobile-ready agency website that explains the offer and sends project enquiries securely.

Problem

A new agency needed to explain websites, custom applications, AI and ongoing support without overwhelming a non-technical buyer. It also needed a reliable way to receive enquiries from day one.

Solution

We built a Next.js website with a page for each service, consistent navigation, responsive layouts and a server-side contact form. AWS Amplify hosts the site, Route 53 connects the domain and Amazon SES delivers each enquiry.

Measure

The first release launched nine core public pages. Mobile Lighthouse checks run on July 21, 2026 scored 100 for SEO, accessibility and best practices, with performance between 96 and 100 across the tested pages.

Managed website platform

One shared portal for the steps that happen before, during and after a small-business website launch.

Problem

Small businesses often have to coordinate a designer, developer, host and SEO provider. Briefs, approvals and change requests can become scattered across email, documents and separate tools.

Solution

The customer and operations portal keeps intake, design choices, content, build review, publishing, analytics, support requests and billing in one guided workflow.

Measure

One portal now covers eight recurring areas of managed website delivery. Customers and the delivery team can work from the same project status, decisions and request history.

Document AI assistant

A private workspace that helps teams find, check and use information from documents and recordings.

Problem

Important answers were buried in long documents and recordings. Staff had to search files one by one, while a general AI tool could give an answer without showing where it came from.

Solution

The focused AI workspace supports document questions, summaries, redaction, sentiment review and audio transcription. Answers point back to their source so a person can check the evidence before using them.

Measure

One workspace supports six major AI work areas and audio transcription in more than 31 languages. Source-linked answers make the output easier for people to verify.

Analytics migration application

A guided application for moving Amazon QuickSight content between environments with checks and approvals.

Problem

Moving analytics content by hand is risky because dashboards depend on datasets, data sources, themes and permissions. A missed dependency can break the release, and manual steps are hard to repeat or audit.

Solution

The guided migration workflow supports development, test and production environments. It maps dependencies, compares versions, records approvals and keeps a history for validation or rollback.

Measure

The workflow supports five QuickSight asset types and reorganized more than 15 navigation items into six main task areas. Approval, comparison and rollback controls are built into the release path.
